Tommy Michel, Owner/President - Tommy is a 1995 graduate of the Louisiana Technical College, Morgan City campus.  He holds CFC and R410A Certifications as well as many other certifications on commercial ice machines and kitchen equipment.

Cody Jackson, Technician - Cody is a 1997 graduate of Universal Technical Institute, Houston, Texas campus.  He holds CFC and R410A Certifications and many other OEM certifications.

Kristopher Lousteau - Kristopher is a 2007 graduate of Louisiana Technical College.  He holds CFC and R410A Certifications and many other OEM certifications.
